About The Author

Mallika Naguran is a writer of adult and children fiction

Born in Singapore, Mallika began crafting short stories during college days where she studied English Literature. Over time she has built up a compilation of short stories, which is being published by Penguin Random House (SEA) as an anthology. She is the editor of several storybooks as well.

Mallika has spent more than a decade writing environmental non-fiction. She founded Gaia Discovery, an online publication and Gaia Consult Global, a sustainability consultancy.

Mallika is passionate about nature and the environment, wildlife, music and all things ethnic. She lives in Tasmania and listens to what birds say to each other.
